Learn & React: Eligible Streets

Your street has been selected as one of the streets currently eligible for traffic calming improvements. This is your opportunity to learn about the proposed project, review the design for your street, and share your feedback. The City uses traffic data, safety information, engineering best practices, and other factors to determine which streets are eligible for traffic calming improvements. Being eligible does not mean a project will automatically be built. Instead, eligible streets move through the Neighborhood Traffic Management process so residents can learn about the proposed improvements and provide feedback before a final design is created.

Everything you need for this phase is available online. Start by reviewing the information about your street, including the proposed traffic calming treatments and street-specific design.

Once you've reviewed the information, react by sharing your feedback through the online comment form. Tell us what you think about the proposed design, ask questions, or share concerns.

Staff may also use temporary white survey paint to mark proposed traffic calming features on your street. This gives you a chance to see where improvements may be placed before the design is finalized.

Your feedback will be reviewed along with traffic data, safety needs, and engineering best practices. Feedback that is appropriate and feasible will be considered as staff updates the proposed design.

At the May 5, 2026, City Council meeting, City Council authorized staff to begin working with the 20 neighborhoods listed below. Engagement is getting underway and we need your feedback! Mailer notifications will be sent with engagement details.
